Trusting God in Troubled Times
This week we heard an encouraging message on trusting God during difficult times that we'd like to share with you. As you know, there are many things that can frighten us about the future such as health, financial, or societal issues. Our pastor suggested when we encounter such crisis to:
1. Live life fully - Jeremiah 29:5-6 "Build houses and settle down; plant gardens and eat what they produce. Marry and have sons and daughters; find wives for your sons and give your daughters in marriage, so that they too may have sons and daughters. Increase in number there; do not decrease."
2. Stay Anchored in the Word - Jeremiah 29:8,23 Yes, this is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel says: "Do not let the prophets and diviners among you deceive you...For they have done outrageous things in Israel; they have committed adultery with their neighbors' wives, and in my name they have uttered lies - which I did not authorize..."
3. Be a blessing - Jeremiah 29:7 "Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the LORD for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper."
4. Hold on to hope - Jeremiah 29:10 This is what the LORD says: "When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my good promise to bring you back to this place."
We leave you with this final verse today and hope it strengthens your walk. Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future."
Blessings, TITTC

Take It To The Cross
Hi, we are the Krusee family and reside in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains of California. We started Take It To The Cross in October 2007 when Randy felt lead to make wooden prayer cross after attended our church's mens retreat.
We were not created to carry the weight of sins, struggles, concerns, worries, but to cast them on Him. "...casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. " 1 Peter 5:7
So, whatever you may be struggling with today, we hope our message and products encourage you to lift it up to Him. "Now to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think according to the power that works within us...to Him be the glory." Ephesians 3:30
Blessings, The Krusees
